A Word About Naming...

At Exeter Farm we name our ponies using various themes, based on the mare. So, each mare that is first in her bloodline to have a foal for us starts a new theme. All of her descendants carry on that theme.

Currently we have three themes: Middle Earth, Game of Thrones and Harry Potter. Alvesta Brianna "Bree" is the matriarch of the Middle Earth line, Exeter Kissed by Fire "Ygritte" is first of her name of the Game of Thrones line and Sterling Creek Spellbound "Hermione" will head up the Harry Potter line.
