Remember if you send us a photo with a rider pictured, please specify if you would like that person kept in the photo or not. Quite often when a rider appears on the nameplate, the horse will appear much smaller.

1. Please email exeterfarm@hotmail.com using the subject line “"NAMEPLATE ORDER - YOUR NAME"

2. In the email, please include: 

· Your completed stall nameplate order form (download below)

· Your completed stall nameplate information form(s) (download below)

· Clear, color photo(s) of your horse(s), we recommend jpegs that are at least 300 dpi. It’s also best if your horse is the main subject in the photo.

· Make sure the name of each photo file matches the name on the nameplate information form. If we have to contact you to match photos to information, there will be an extra charge.

3. If you are ordering semi-custom nameplates, please be sure to include any of the following that apply to your order:

· Digital photo of the background color you wish to use. If there are multiple colors in the photo, be sure to circle your preference.

· Digital photo of your farm logo. Please note: if your logo is not currently set up with a transparent background there will be an additional charge to create a transparent background for your logo. 

· We also recommend jpegs that are at least 300 dpi for background colors and your farm logo.

· State the custom font(s) you wish to use if you would like to use something other than the Standard (Garamond). All text on standard nameplates is in Garamond, except for the horse’s barn name, which appears in the Great Vibes font.

4. If you wish to order a fully customized nameplate or sign, please contact me at exeterfarm@hotmail.com with the details of your design for a quote.

5. Once you have sent in your order, we will contact you with a shipping quote.
