Northwind Catcall x Alvesta Brianna (CadlanValley Pirate*)
2014 Bay Registered Half-Welsh Mare
12.2hh
“Arwen” was bred for the hunter ring and it shows! She is a very flashy mare with an incredible “look at me” presence and she loves the show ring! Arwen is a sweet, honest, sensible pony who loves her job and is easy to live with.
She is going well under saddle and jumping and now just needs more miles. She has a big step, awesome jump and is absolutely adorable! Happily hacks out solo or in a group. She is sound, sane, requires no maintenance and very little prep. Correct conformation, movement to die for, developing change, tight knees, brave and honest, super fancy and could easily be finished by a confident junior in a program.
She is more whoa than go, but will take the rider to the jump. She can model, will get a piece of the hack and will be a division pony.
Arwen was shown very successfully on the line as a juvenile, and is an American National Champion. She has travelled all over North America and handled it like a dream.
She has also produced two lovely foals, both by Small-land Martello, that show incredible promise. She is a wonderful mother and takes good care of her babies.
